Reporting
Each volunteer must arrive at least 2 hours prior to the starting time of an event. Group leaders must arrive 2 ½ hours prior to each event.
Parking
Parking is located in Gate C off Trinity Road. Notify the attendant that you are a volunteer for the Wake Forest-Rolesville JROTC Booster Club.
Upon Arrival
Please use the stairs with the red rails and cross the RBC Center West Lot. The volunteer entrance is on the West Side of the Arena (to your left as you walk from the parking lot). Continue past the West Guest entrance and follow the stairs down to the Mezzanine Level. There will be a metal sign directing "only employees" past this point. The employee entrance is on the first door on the right. Inform the security table of our volunteer group name. The volunteer check in is located in the back of the uniform room. Please make sure to sign in under the correct group name.
Uniforms are Required
Black pants (no shorts, or jeans), black polo shirts, black aprons, and hats are required. Shoes, preferably black, must be closed toe. Please note: polo shirts, aprons, and hats will be provided by the Wake Forest-Rolesville JROTC Booster Club. There are shirts available for purchase, and we encourage our booster members to purchase one for personal use. The Group Leader will be responsible for bringing shirts and aprons to each event. Hats will be issued to each volunteer. If hair length is longer than collar length, it must be pulled back and/or put up. Jewelry must be limited to a single ring on each hand, a watch, and stud earrings no larger than a nickel. Necklaces are discouraged.
If you are cold natured, you may wear a black turtleneck or mock turtleneck under your polo shirt.
Children are Not Allowed
All volunteers must be 18 years old to work concessions at the RBC Center, and must be 21 years old to serve or transport alcohol. Please leave children at home. There are no accommodations or childcare facilities available for children.
